ORDER:

This Court disposed of W.P.No.11609 of 2014 on 17.04.2014, directing the Deputy Inspector General, Stamps and Registration, Sarpavaram, Kakinada, East Godavari District (4th respondent) to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 24.02.2014, and to take appropriate action, as warranted by law and communicate the decision to the petitioner. Alleging that the said order is not complied with, this contempt case is filed.

2. Sri V. Subba Raju, Deputy Inspector (General), Stamps & Registration, Sarpavaram, Kakinada, East Godavari District (3rd respondent) filed counter affidavit. The 3rd respondent averred in the counter affidavit that as directed by this Court, order was passed on 21.07.2014 and the same was communicated to the petitioner on 24.07.2014. The copy of the order, dated 21.07.2014, is enclosed to the said counter affidavit.

3. As seen from the said letter, in pursuant to the directions of this Court in W.P.No.11609 of 2014, dated 17.04.2014, representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 24.02.2014, was considered and order was passed. Thus, the

order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11609 of 2014 on 17.04.2014 has been complied with.
