When the matter was listed for hearing on 28.07.2022, 04.08.2022 and 12.09.2022, there was no representation either for the petitioner or his learned counsel, and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. 2.
Despite the matter being listed 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner, even today also. 3.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
