JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.439 OF 2013 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the order, dated 17.10.2013, passed in O.P.No.795 of 2012 by the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby, the subject O.P. filed by the appellant, under Sections 10 and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, for custody of the minor child, by name Adan Fazlullah Sharief, was dismissed.

Heard. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the child, by name Adan Fazlullah Sharief, is likely to attain the age of majority on 26.06.2022.

As seen from the material placed on record, the subject dispute relates to custody of the minor child, by name Adan Fazlullah Sharief, who is likely to attain the age of majority on 26.06.2022. The Court below, having examined the material on record, dismissed the claim of the appellant. There is no

illegality or infirmity in the impugned order, so as to interfere with the same. Further, it is for the child, by name Adan Fazlullah Sharief, to choose to live with which of the parents, after he attains majority.
