THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.25538 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to install individual electricity meter in 4th floor, Plot No.1024, Inhytham Building of the petitioner situated in Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel for both parties, in one voice, submitted that the relief claimed in this writ petition is covered by the order of this Court dated 18.12.2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 18.12.2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
