O R D E R

The petitioner - husband filed FCOP.No.166 of 2015 on the file of Judge, Additional Family Court at Hyderabad, under Sections 10 and 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act seeking custody of the minor daughter from the respondent - wife. The matter is coming up for consideration and while so, on 17.11.2015, the matter was posted to 6.1.2015 at that stage, challenging the said adjournment, the present revision is filed for granting custody of the child and for a direction to the trial court to dispose of the O.P. expeditiously.

The matter is under consideration before the trial court and at this stage filing of the present revision, in my view, cannot be entertained and the same is dismissed. No costs.
