THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25626 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in harassing the petitioner by interfering with his business of selling and transporting of jaggery and black jaggery through his firm M/s.Sri Bajrang Sales Agencies, D.No.15-7-646/7, Begum Bazar, Hyderabad and also Godown at Plot No.87 13/851, S.No.156 1 2, Katedan, Hyderabad, and foisting false criminal cases, as illegal and arbitrary."

Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Veerjala, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.

Today, when the matter is called, written instructions, dated 18-08-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Begum Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad city have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the said instructions read as under:

"It is respectfully submitted that on coming to know the filing of the present writ petition by the petitioner herein, this respondent has thoroughly verified the records of this respondent Police Station including Station General Diary as to whether any complaint or cases whatsoever has been received or registered against the petitioner's business activities.

The records revealed that, as of now, no complaint or case whatsoever was received or registered against the petitioner's business activities.

It is pertinent to submit that the shop of the petitioner comes under the jurisdiction of Shahinayathgunj Police Station limits.

It is also pertinent to submit that this respondent police never interfered with the business activities of the petitioner herein."

On noticing the above said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to record the said instructions and dispose of the present writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of, by recording the written instructions, dated 18-08-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Begum Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad city.
