This civil revision petition arises out of the order, dated 03.06.2016, in E.P.No.124 of 2015 in O.S.No.86 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam.

Today, at the hearing, Mrs.Ch.Sujatha, learned counsel representing Mr.P.Vishnuvardhana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., C.R.P.M.P.No.4210 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
