THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6328 of 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 24.9.2018 passed in I.A.No.386 of 2018 in O.S.No.37 of 2009 on the file of V Additional District Court, Bhongir.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 5.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to permit the petitioners to advance arguments with regard to admissibility, relevancy and validity of the assignment deed dated 09.6.2009, at the time of final hearing of the suit. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the main case.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioners to make arguments as to the admissibility, relevancy and validity of the assignment deed dated 09.6.2009 at the time of final hearing of the suit.
