Both parties are present. They would submit that the matter is settled before Lok Adalat organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee on 10.02.2018 and request to record compromise and dispose of the present Appeal Suit in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat.

Award passed on 10.02.2018 is placed for perusal. Terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties have been recorded in the said award passed by the Lok Adalat.

Hence, the Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the award, which constitutes a decree.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present appeal, stand closed.
