This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in Crime No.23 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354(b) and 509 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the parties have entered into compromise before Lok Adalat on 11.2.2017. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. 3.
