HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38567 OF 2018 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioners is that the stay petition and revision filed by the petitioners vide case No.D1/1148/2018, dated 26.02.2018 against the proceeding No.c/2184/2017, dated 22.12.2017 is not being disposed of. Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to dispose of the stay petition/revision.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to dispose of revision, as expeditiously as possible.
