HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38568 OF 2018 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner is pending before the 4th respondent by way of representation dated 08.08.2018. The petitioner also approached 2nd respondent and gave representation dated 24.07.2018 on which the 2nd respondent issued proceedings dated 25.08.2018 directing the 4th respondent to consider the application of petitioner after conducting enquiry. As no action is being taken till date, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action on the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
