THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.38572 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 15.11.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Kachiguda Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. According to the said instructions, there are two crimes registered against the petitioner herein so far. A rowdy sheet has been opened on 23.05.2012 and the same is renewed till 31.12.2018. It is further stated that the police never insisted the petitioner herein to execute the bond for bind over under Sections 106, 107, 108, 109 and 110 Cr.P.C. The said instructions are placed on record. In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
