This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.523 of 2015 on the file of Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad. 2 .

In the course of submissions, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submitted that the parties have compromised the dispute before the Lok Adalat on 08.07.2017. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3 .

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
