This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 23.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.465 of 2016 in R.C.A.No.2 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge - cum - Appellate Authority under A.P.Buildings (lease, rent and eviction) control Act, at Warangal.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that R.C.A.No.2 of 2016 was disposed of on 06.10.2017 by the appellate authority. As per the note put up by the Registry, the appellate authority disposed of the appeal on 06.10.2017. In view of the disposal of the main R.C.A., the purpose of filing this revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
