ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to quash the order, dated 20.11.2014, in O.A.No.844 of 2013 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Mr. B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for the petitioners, has not disputed that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is similar to that raised in W.P.No.13338 of 2016, which was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 21.04.2016.

Hence, following the order, dated 21.04.2016, in W.P.No.13338 of 2016, this Writ Petition is also dismissed.
