Heard Sri N.V.R. Amaranath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is the fair price shop dealer of shop No.14 of Gundlapally village, Nakarikallu Mandal of Guntur district. He applied leave for two months kept himself away from distributing the essential commodities

to the card holders during the said period. Subsequently, the petitioner made a representation dated 24-01-2015 to the 3rd respondent to reallot the fair price shop to him and issue the essential commodities. Inspite of the said representation, it is said that the 3rd respondent has not been passing any orders on the representation and not allotting the stocks to the fair price shop of the petitioner.

3. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation, dated 24-01-2015, made by the petitioner whereunder he sought for reallotment of stocks, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs. ___________________ R.KANTHA RAO, J.
