HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Contempt Case Nos.595, 598 and 599 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Heard Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Forests (AP).

2. The petitioners filed the above contempt cases alleging that the orders passed by this court in WP Nos.2706 of 2015 dated 12.02.2015, 4083 of 2015 and 4097 of 2015 dated 24.02.2015, have not been complied with.

3. In the above cases, as per the directions of this court, the respondents have produced the vehicles of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Dhone, Kunrool District. This court also directed the learned Magistrate to entertain the applications filed by the petitioners in accordance with law notwithstanding the fact that the vehicles were not produced within time prescribed.

4. Since the vehicles have been produced before the learned Magistrate, there is compliance of the orders passed by this court by the respondents and no further adjudication in the contempt cases is necessary.
