THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3172 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused challenging the order of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Huzurabad dated 14.10.2015 whereby the learned Magistrate dismissed Crl.M.P.No.824 of 2015 in C.C.No.326 of 2014 filed by the petitioner herein to discharge him from the offences alleged.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. Since the offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 447, 427 and 506 IPC, this Court is inclined to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. In the circumstances, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for his appearance. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
