This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.18 of 2014 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced before this Court the online case status of the subject C.C., which reveals that the subject C.C. was disposed of on 21.04.2017. 4.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
