No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.1. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that the charge sheet was filed and the same was taken cognizance by the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.134 of 2016 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
