HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.9218 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner-A.1 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.686 of 2014 on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Section 420 I.P.C. on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant.

2. Pending disposal of the criminal petition, both the parties present before the Court and they filed petitions seeking the Court to permit them to compound the offence in the above crime as they have settled their disputes between them amicably with the intervention of elders. By virtue of the compromise between the parties and as they want to purchase peace, they are permitted to compound the offence supra in the interest of justice.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings in C.C.No.686 of 2014 on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, against the petitioner/accused No.1 are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
