THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.38610 of 2018 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Ongole Taluk Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.
The written instructions read as under :- " It is submitted that on receipt of the Radio Message from the Government Pleader for Home, High Court, Hyderabad, I have verified the records and found that the Writ Petitioner is not residing in the Ongole Taluka Police Station limits and the Respondent No.4 is also not resident of our Police Station limits and there is no occasion to call the Writ Petitioner to the Police Station by the 1st respondent.
It is submitted that the Inspector of Police, Taluka P.S. did not interfere with the civil disputes between the Writ Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 in any manner. It is submitted that the Writ Petitioner might have anticipating threat with the Respondent No.4 filed the present Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court with false allegations. The Writ Petitioner did not approach the Hon'ble High Court with clean hands. Hence, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed." By placing the above instructions on record, the writ petition is disposed of with a further direction to the 1st respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between petitioner and the 4th respondent, unless the same is permissible in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
