THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E. V. VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.83O1 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the order dated 30.07.2015 passed in M.P.No.185 of 2015 in M.C.No.181 of 2013 pending disposal on the frle of the Court of learned Family Judge, L.B. Nagar, Ralga Reddy District. 2.

Heard Mr. Subrahmanyam Kurella, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Muniraj, learned counsel representing Mr. P. Veerraju, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 concedes to the said request.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes no objection to the same.
