THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27898 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not receiving the demand drafts from the petitioner and also not releasing stock to the petitioner, without there being any reason and without issuing any notice.

The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions dated 04.09.2015, submits that the petitioner has remitted the demand draft vide D.D.No.458145 dated 25.08.2015 for Rs.2,400/- towards charges of essential commodities to the fair price shop of Nimmalakunta Village of Dharmavaram Mandal and the same has been received by the office of the fourth respondent on 26.08.2015. He further submits that the demand draft submitted by the petitioner was honoured by the fourth respondent and the essential commodities will be released within two days.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
