OFFICE NOTE 03.09.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 Heard Mr.N.Pramod, learned counsel for the petitioners, appearing through video conference and Mr.M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has filed a Vakalat on behalf of the petitioners. However, the name of the earlier counsel continued to appear in the cause list. Due to the non-appearance of the earlier counsel, this Court dismissed the matter for non-prosecution on 09.12.2022. He further submits that his name was not printed in the cause list on the said date, and as a result, he was unable to represent the matter before this Court and unless the said order is set aside and the matter is restored to file, the petitioners will be put to great hardship.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

Taking into consideration the above submissions and the averments made in the application, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, the order dated 09.12.2022 is set aside, and the matter is restored to file.

________ JSR,J Crl.P.No.11805 of 2015 Learned counsel for petitioners submits that one more connected Criminal Petition i.e., Crl.P.No.6850 of 2021 is pending and requested this Court to hear this Criminal Petition along with Crl.P.No.6850 of 2021, to avoid conflicting orders. In view of the above said submission, Registry is directed to post this criminal petition along with Crl.P.No.6850 of 2021, after obtaining necessary orders from the Honourable the Chief Justice.
