Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent, would fairly state that, in case the petitioner joins duty within one (1) week from today, the 2nd respondent would permit him to join duty at the place to which he has been transferred. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
