Smt. Muthyam Archana v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38731 OF 2018 ORDER :
This petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2018 for taking appropriate action in sale deed document No.20/2016, dated 02.01.2016 on the file of SubRegistrar Office, Nirmal. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the relief sought in the writ petition cannot be granted since the respondent authorities have no authority to cancel the sale deed.
Even according to learned counsel for the petitioner the request of the petitioner in the representation for cancellation of sale deeds cannot be considered. The prayer in the main writ petition and interim application is one and the same. In view of the above facts and circumstances, no relief can be granted in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
