This writ petition is filed for writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in trying to demolish the petitioner's shop room No.G-1 in ground floor of R.K.Complex, Mayuri Junction, Vizianagaram, Vizianagaram District, without passing orders on petitioner's explanation to the 2nd respondent's show-cause notice in Rc.No.844/13/2015/TPS, which is signed on 19.03.2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.8617 of 2015 on 27.03.2015 and same is not disputed by Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality.

For the reasons alike in the aforesaid order dated 27.03.2015 in W.P.No.8617 of 2015, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above order. No order as to costs.
