THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.7773 of 2015 ORDER:

The writ petitioner is aggrieved of the action of respondents 1 and 2 in not acting upon letter of the 3rd respondent dated 25.02.2015 for conducting survey and demarcation of the land in question.

Heard both sides.

The matter involves substantial questions of dispute with regard to the property and basically it is proper for the petitioner to approach

the Civil Court seeking appropriate relief, considering the fact that the sale deeds of the petitioner are of the year 1985 and the sale deeds of respondents 6 and 7 are of the year 2011.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, giving liberty to the writ petitioner to approach competent civil court for redressal of his grievance. No order as to costs Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
