THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.4566 of 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner claims that he has submitted an Appeal to the Chairman & Managing Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited on 16-03-2012. It appears that the said Appeal has been preferred under Clause 29 of the Standing Orders of the Company against the penalty imposed on the petitioner on 02-02-2012. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Company, though has taken time on four different occasions, could not secure necessary instructions in the matter and he still seeks time. I consider that it would be appropriate to direct the Chairman & Managing Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited, the 1st respondent, to deal with the Appeal of the writ petitioner as expeditiously as possible and pass an appropriate order within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, duly providing him an opportunity of hearing. With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage, but however, without costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of.
