This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 09.2.2016 passed in I.A.No.32 of 2016 in O.S.No.338 of 2013 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of revision petition has become infructuous. The same is recorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
