HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38620 OF 2018 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that petitioner filed petition dated 01.12.2017 in Rc.No.5920/17(E1) before the 2nd respondent regarding maintainability of the revision filed by the 5th respondent; and that though there is a direction from this Court in WP.No.2598/2018 for disposing of the same, within six weeks, the application of the petitioner is not being entertained and revision is kept pending.

It is to be seen that petitioner is also party to the revision filed by the 5th respondent before the 2nd respondent, as such, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner before deciding the revision. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders before disposal of revision petition. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 26.10.2018 t k.
