HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1447 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

2. Having regard to the prima facie nature of the case found out in the F.I.R, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. The investigation shall go on to its logical end. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners, bail is granted to them. The petitioners/A1 to A3 are directed to surrender before the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad on or before 10.03.2015 and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the said Court. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
