THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.391 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C to withdraw O.P.No.722 of 2015 from the file of the Court of District Judge, Warangal and transfer the same to the Court of V Additional District Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District. 2.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in O.P.No.722 of 2015 on each and every date of adjournment.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner in O.P.No.722 of 2015 on the file of the Court of District Judge, Warangal, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court, as and when her presence is so required. 5.

With the above direction, the transfer CMP is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
