THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.30881 OF 2014 ORDER:

Against the notices issued on the allegation of illegal/unauthorized construction made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed.

Though no interim orders were granted by this Court, according to learned standing counsel for the respondent - Municipal Corporation, no coercive action is taken against the petitioner and in the meantime, petitioner has applied for regularization of illegal/unauthorized construction. 3.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent - Municipal Corporation not to take any coercive action till regularization application of the petitioner is considered and appropriate decision is made. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
