The Contempt Case has been filed for violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.33357 of 2018 dated 27.09.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that cause in the contempt case does not survives.

Sri P.Sudheer Rao, learned counsel appearing for respopndents has fairly submitted that subsequent to the order of this Court, new party has been elected to the Municipal Corporation. Therefore, no further orders are necessary.

In view of the same, the contempt case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.
