HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10067 OF 2013 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner made applications under Right to Information Act, 2005 for providing certain information to the 2nd respondent, but he has not provided full information as asked by him. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard Sri K.L.N.Raghavendra Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government appearing on behalf of respondents submits that information sought by the petitioner was provided to him. If still, the petitioner is aggrieved, he can file appeal under Section 19 (1) of Right to Information Act. But instead of availing that remedy, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy available to him under law. Pending miscellaneous applications if any shall stand closed.
