This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner on the ground of maintainability in view of the Judgment rendered in WP.No.21698/1999, dated 24.07.2015 by proceedings vide D.Dis.(D2) 938/2018, dated 27.04.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 27.04.2018 as not maintainable, petitioner wants to avail remedy of revision. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of revision, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
