This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.82 of 2016 from the file of XIV Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court, Vijayawada and transfer the same to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Wife filed this petition seeking transfer of O.P. on the ground of convenience.

Advocate for respondent filed Memo stating that respondent has no objection for transfer of O.P No.82 of 2016 from Family Court, Vijayawada to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District.

4. As other side has no objection, O.P No.82 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of XIV Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court, Vijayawada and transferred to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District for disposal in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
