HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 8 6 3 0 OF 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that while disposing of CRP.No.5915/ 2018 on 23.11.2018 this Court directed that the interim order granted on 12.10.2018 should remain operative.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that there is no Order in the above C.R.P., directing to provide Police protection and it is open for the petitioner herein to move an appropriate application in the said C.R.P. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to move an appropriate application in C.R.P.No.5915/ 2018.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
