Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Societies for respondents.

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in taking steps to shift the Anantapur District Cooperative Central Bank, Pamidi Branch from the present location to Gooty road on the ground that the existing place is not inhabited and there is a security risk.

3. The petitioner claims to be the President of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Pamidi and one of the depositors of the said bank. He states that he submitted a representation to the second respondent on 26.12.2014 seeking interference in the matter. But, the petitioner did not submit any representation to respondents 3 and 4.

In view of the nature of the relief sought for in the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of respondents 3 and 4 by way of a representation within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and respondents 3 and 4 shall consider the issue raised by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
