THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.24583 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner as well as the Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2099 of 2004, dated 17.09.2018, and contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said order.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 17.09.2018 in W.P.No.2099 of 2004, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondent Corporation to reinstate the petitioner into service subject to producing medical fitness certificate, with continuity of service for the purpose of terminal benefits without any monetary benefits and without backwages. No order as to costs.
