This Company Application is filed by M/s. Srinivasa Air Industries Private Limited-De-merged Company seeking a direction to dispense with the meeting of share holders, unsecured lenders, sundry creditors and secured creditors.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that there are seven shareholders of the applicant company and the entire shares of the company are held by all the share holders. As can be seen from the certificate issued by the Company Secretary M/s.P.S. Rao and Associates marked as Annexure-K, there are only seven share holders holding the entire shares. Like wise all the seven holders have filed their consent affidavits marked as Annexure-L-1 to L-7. Further, the unsecured lenders and sundry creditors have also given their consent affidavits which are marked as N-1, N-2 and O-1 to O-16 certified by Sri Kannegolla Krishna Rao and Company, Chartered Accountant as marked by Annexure-M. Permission granted to produce no objection of the secured creditors at the time of hearing of the Company Petition. Applicant shall take out notice to the unsecured creditors who are said to be numbering 16 who said to have given no objection. The objections if any of the unsecured creditors shall be considered at the time of hearing of the Company Petition.
