, HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.38714 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that the 3rd respondent is trying to release the compensation amount in favour of the 5th respondent in respect of land in Survey No. 92 to an extent of Ac.1-24 kuntas, situated at Seetharamanagaram Village, Kukunoor Mandal, West Godavari District, without finalizing the enquiry as per the notice dated 12.02.2018, issued by the 3rd respondent.

The petitioner claims that she is also entitled to receive the compensation.

When the matter is taken up on instructions, learned Government Pleader furnished a copy of the letter Rc.No.A/ 91/ 2016, dated 26.10.2018 of the 3rd respondent stating that an Award No.41/ 2017-18 was passed on 29.05.2018 allowing the claim of 5th respondent for the extent of Ac.1.24 gts. covered by R.S.No. 92 of Seetharamanagaram Village of Kukunoor Mandal, West Godavari.

In regard to the statement of learned Government Pleader, counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to take appropriate steps under Section 64 of the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013.

Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
