ORAL ORDER:
Petitioner seeks the following prayer in this writ petition: ".....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not handing over the shop room No.12 at Smt. Indira Gandhi shopping complex, Naidupeta to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to hand over the possession of shop room No.12 at Smt. Indira Gandhi shopping complex, Naidupeta, to the petitioner...." When the matter is taken up consideration, learned standing counsel for second respondent produced lease deed executed by the municipality with the petitioner. Learned standing counsel also assures the Court, on instructions, that the shop will be handed over to the petitioner within one week. Having regard to the said submission, no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
