HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 38676 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Endowments. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in attending to the representations dated 18.06.2018, 19.06.2018, 21.06.2018 and 22.06.2018, in preventing the encroachment and illegal construction on scheduled land in Survey No.255/E1, admeasuring about Ac.1.00 guntas, approximately, in Machareddy village, Machareddy mandal, Kamareddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the representation made to respondent No.4 - Executive Officer, who is the appropriate authority to deal with the representation, may be directed to consider the same at the earliest. 4) Learned Government Pleader for Endowments would submit that if the representation is still pending consideration, respondent No.4 may be directed to deal with the same, in accordance with law. 5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to deal with the representation dated 21.06.2018, said to have made by the petitioner, if it is still pending

consideration, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned.
