HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 16394 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition is filed by Pathangi Anjaneyulu seeking production of his daughter Miss. Mridula alleging that she has been illegally detained by respondent No.5. We are informed that respondent No.5 is in hospital since June, 2015 and is living vegetable life. Learned Government Pleader has produced his photographs on record in support of his statement. The respondents have also produced lot of documents on record including letters written by Miss. Mridula and the C.D. to contend that the daughter of petitioner is absolutely safe and she left company of her parents of her own. In this view of the matter, we are, prima facie, satisfied that she is not illegally detained by respondent No.5. We find no reason to keep this writ petition pending.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Before we part, we observe that the police shall continue their efforts to trace the daughter of the petitioner and/or investigate into missing complaint lodged by him. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy, if circumstances so demand.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
