HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38671 OF 2018 ORDER :

The case of the petitioner is that he made application for making online entries of his name in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.38 cents out of Ac.7.10 cents of Gopavaram Village fields, Gopavaram Mandal, Y.S.R.District.

In pursuance of the same petitioner was issued notice dated 10.08.2018 for production of documents and petitioner appeared on 14.08.2018 and submitted necessary documents. Inspite of the same, no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and take necessary action in pursuance to the notice dated 10.08.2018 issued by the 4th respondent vide Ref.No.222/18, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
