After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
